  Worse customer support i've ever seen. The Genius bar or whatever they called are a bunch of people that does not know anything about computers. I've waited for hours to be helped so i decided to go and look for a third party place to fix my apple product. Apple products are overrated. The hardware is cheap. You can get part to fix anything for really low price online and the results are the same. Anyways, Why you buy Apple? because people does not know better. People is just attracted for the nice and shiny things... Why i do a review? I worked for a company that gets Mac products for the staff. no sure why ?.. and, every time there is a problem with one of Apple products, the company does not have other option but pay for any repairs. In the last 2 years, i had to replace 3 Mac pro because of the Main-board or logic board as they called it. Always the same issue. It wont turn on and guess what? the warranty just expired few months before it dies. So no warranty and we have to pay for any repairs. This is a big issue. Please ask around and lots of people are complaining about the new Mac Pro with retina. Before those retina, the MAC Pro were good. At least the last for years... Apple Sucks.
