  The store itself is great. Great items and a reasonable price. But the staff is terrible. It usually takes at least 1/2 hour in line and dealing with the staff every visit

  Most items stock, but poor customer service hurt it. Usually this location has sale items in stock. However managing to pay for it prepare to waiting in line for a bit. There is usually only 1-2 cashier's who work the front and they also simultaneously handle returns. If there is a long line up, the rest of the store staff continue to stand around in their respective departments waiting for something to do instead of going to the front to help move the long line ups along. Probably a company policy, but I've seen customers get so fed up they leave the store without making their intended purchases. Another reason why Toys R Us is in bankruptcy protection.

  Lots of stuff to browse! Some stuff is actually very well priced whereas others are way overpriced. Check it out! There was always someone nearby to help you but no one was overly intrusive. The music playing in the background is so relaxing you might actually fall asleep!
