  BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS! AND MANAGEMENT IS JUST AS BAD, IF NOT WORSE! I have no problem with Bell as I have never used their service but have only ever heard good things about them. That being said, the employees at this location are a whole different story. I purchased a screen protector with the condition that there was a 30 day in store warranty and a 1 year manufacturing warranty. About 12 days in, the screen protector started coming off so I went into the store. The associate denied such a warranty and told me its not possible and that Im making this up. Luckily, before leaving the store, I saw the associate who sold me the product and confronted him. He had no choice but to honour the warranty even though his store manager denied it! Now, the only reason I bought a protector from Bell for $30 instead of Amazon for $10 was because I wanted them to apply it. But instead, the manager ordered the associate to give me the protector and I apply it myself.
