    Back entrance door near washroom was locked. Staff fighting among themselves in front of customers. Very unprofessional. Worse two employees were rude to a Senior citizens because they were too slow. When I requested management, was told unavailable and to mind my own business. I had finished paying or else I would have walked out. NOT RETURNING!!!! Bathroom floor wet ( I almost slipped) and with wet paper. Frequent cleaning should be done in washrooms.
