  Very poor service experience this morning. Called in to make an appointment for a recall and because our sunroof was rattling. Phone experience was great with the appointment booked and a shuttle arranged as they noted the recall itself would take at least an hour. Show up this morning and say good morning and get neither a smile or a greeting from the service advisor. Noted I had an appointment and was told I didn't. Was asked for my info and after some time I asked if he was able to find me. He said yes. I asked if I did actually have a appointment. He said yes. No apology for the mix up. I asked about the shuttle and was told the recall fix would only take 10 mins. He asked what else I needed. I asked if there was a note about my sunroof. He said yes but warranty on that finished after the first year. Why not have a conversation about what my actual problem was and let me decide if I want to pay for an inspection? I finally just tell him that the whole customer experience so far has sucked and that he didn't even say hello. His response was that he didn't have my name. Really? First and last time at this dealership. Have not experienced that at other Hyundai dealers that we've dealt with. It's not that hard to say good morning to customers and to treat them as though you're happy that they chose you for their work.
