  My wife and I recently did a complete renovation of a large condo. New kitchen, new bathrooms, new floors, new ceilings, and of course new window coverings. The condo has 12 large sized windows so selection of the right product was key. We visited numerous window retailers all of whom readily offered price quotes the majority of which were based on one manufacturer's product. All but one claimed that they would match any other retailers price. Only one took the time to actually visit the condo. That one retailer in both instances was Dodds Interiors. David Warsh was in a league of his own when it came to providing customer service. He visited our condo so that he could get a clear picture of what we needed, he showed us samples of more than one manufacturer's products, and he offered us three options at various price points all of which were more than competitive with any other quote we had received. Installation was very professional and followup was immediate. We had a small problem with one of window coverings. David came to the condo, researched the issue and within a week personally came back to fix the problem. Bottom line, if you need window coverings the absolute best place to get them is Dodds Interiors.

  If there were 100,000 stars I would give them all to Dodds Interiors. The customer service is impeccable. I had no idea what direction to take with my windows- do I get curtains, blinds, roller shades? Lucky for me David knew exactly the kind of roller shades I should get for the windows in my condo and Diane was able to describe the different kinds of material and fixtures I should consider when making my selection. I am so pleased with the end result and have received many compliments.
