  Extremely dissatisfied! Some friends and I rented some tuxedos for a wedding from Freeman. When I am charged more than $250 for a one-day rental, I expect to rent something high quality and a relatively good service. This is definitely the last time I am renting from there. We all had a bad experience. The owner is ridiculously rude and he doesn't care about anything other than getting paid. My biggest problem is that they do not want to do any extra work to adjust the suits. The shirts are terrible quality and the shoes have terrible style. The owner will NOT do any adjustment, and whatever complain you have about the suit, he would tell you that you have no clue how to wear a tuxedo. Whatever you say, they have a response that this is how suits/tuxedos should look like (and believe me, one tux looked like a clown suit). Never going there again! The place gas a very limited selection of suits anyway.
