  I have recently purchased a dinning set from Bad boy Mississauga location. The Sales manager Tina was very helpful with excellent customer service and professionalism. After selecting and paid for one of the set we changed our mind and she helped us out of the way to change the order as per our need and requirements. I was also impressed by their reminding automated calls about the delivery status and does have the on line delivery tracking. I did received the call right after the delivery for customer service survey about the delivery and whole experience. The delivery people were very nice and set up all professionally and picked up the packing material with them as some times the other companies dont pick up. Overall it was the amazing experience and in this competitive market no one can stop the company grows with this kind of service right from the selection to ordering and to delivery. I am a Realtor and i know who i will refer to if any of my client family or friends looking for furniture, appliance electronics etc.Good Job Tina, Staff and Bad Boy Mississauga.
