  The lack of communication from their service department is astonishing. Not only do they not communicate updates on your car but last night we were told we could come and pick up the car they told us that it would take an hour. So we went out and wasted an hour, when we came back we were told that the mechanic had left and that we would have to come back the next day to get it. Why wouldn’t they have told us that before we wasted an hour with a newborn in our car?!? On a previous occasion we were called and told the car was ready so we told the staff that we would be by later that night to pick up the car. When we arrived later we were told that the keys were locked up and could not be retrieved. I was 9 months pregnant at the time and we were forced to go another day without a car. The staff didn’t even offer to give us a replacement car. This dealership is absolutely terrible and filled with inconsiderate staff.
