  POOR customer service! They didn't have stock in my size or preferred style of uniform so they offered to order it for me. This was back in December 2016 and I was told it would take 2 weeks. I called to follow-up at the end up the 2 weeks since I hadn't heard from them and was told the order should be in within another week. From that point until the middle of February, I called 4 more times to follow-up and was given a poor excuse each time as to why the uniform wasn't delivered yet. It has been 8 weeks since I initially placed the order and still no word from them! An extremely poor customer service experience. There was an obvious lack of urgency on their part, which was irritating considering this uniform was required as part of my dress code for work! I finally gave up waiting and walked into a competitor's store today. I found exactly what I needed. No wait! No games! And a better price!
