  was on the phone and wanted to ask a few questions and then as soon as I got an answer to the first the guy just hung up on me. Wanted to do my Christmas shopping there but they lost out on that. Should probably say more than just "nope sold out" and hang up.

  This place is ok, the customer service is not. Staff is very indifferent, don't care much to help you with your stuff or whatever you're interested in buying. They also don't have a big selection of product. Unfortunately, we didn't find the very basic items we were looking for, but no help or suggestions were provided either. On a separate visit, my boyfriend spent literally hundreds of dollars on some items he found and he wasn't even treated well, almost ripped off by a staff member who didn't know prices either and clearly made them up... I DO NOT recommend this store at all. We're fed up with how bad this business is managed.
