Very poor service. I booked ahead and at time of pick up they did not have it..My move was so complicated by their action and it ended up costing me so much more...never again and do not recommend them at all..

Everything seems OK & normal renting truck on this place but be cautious with the staff. Specially with the bald guy staff hes going to pull a fast one when you return the vehicle. I ask him how come they charged me for $84++ where in fact I only had 10km of usage. He said they will just "email" the remaining amount. I ask him if they have my email, he said he did'nt have it and so he went on he's usual inspection of the vehicle and after a while gave me a printed receipt showing the actual cost vs mileage. Probably an honest mistake? I dont know? But just be cautious about that scheme.
