Purchased a used carpet cleaner brought it home and had issues with the machine took unit back to store and the owner seemed genuine in his apologies. He immediately made good on the deal and rebuilt the machine with new motor. Things happen and sometimes when buying used there could be unforeseen problems. He made it right and I could not be happier with the service they provided so I am giving 5 star as that kind of service is hard to find nowadays.
