  Blonde girl working there today around 10am (Nov, 18, 2018) was very rude. Terrible attitude towards customers, asked her to bring some colognes if they had any in stock and she went back there and came back said with a bad attitude they don't have any anywhere. Secretly asked another lady working there without her knowing and the nice lady bought out a bunch of them. We confronted her and she was ashamed of her behavior and knew what she's done. Manager was nice and offered 15 percent on top because of the girls behavior, the other lady was nice but this girl hates herself and her job, doubt that lowlife bum will get anywhere in life. We are going to take this up officially for racial profiling and going to complain to bbb and headquarters. She has to be fired or issue an letter of apology otherwise entire bath and body works just lost a lot of customers. Will change rating once I get some feedback.
