  I ignored the previous review, and spend $600 on a new phone yesterday at this store. I tried to take it back today as it is unresponsive due to a "programming bug" determined after 6 hours of tech support with Bell and Apple. The store said it was over usage (due to Apple trying to upgrade my program to the newer version, which didn't work) and 24 hours later there is nothing they can do to help me. I'm stuck with a $600 non-responsive mfgr's defect phone within 24 hours of purchase. It's surprising any store can operate with this type of customer service in this day in age. I WOULD NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN.
