  I got my dishwasher missing one piece and after two weeks nobody want to solve the problem, customer service trnsfer us to repair service also they trnsfer to get the piece form Samsung ,no helps at all from all of them.

  My boyfriend and I had just bought our first house together. Vee from the Mississauga north location was the first to greet us and she gave us the best customer service. She was very helpful, friendly and we were glad she ended up being our sales rep. She was the least bit pushy like some sales reps are. We also enjoyed her insight and her professional opinions on what was best for our bedroom and living room. She had made the process very easy for us, no hassle, and she would always update us on delivery, prices and what was to come. I recommend asking for Vee each time when anyone goes there!
