  let me start off by saying my company has spent thousands on paint at this location. When putting in my $700.00 paint order today one of the staff said one of the colors required a deep base primer. I acknowledged that statement but did not tell them to add this primer to my order. When picking up my paint I find a whole gallon of this tinted deep base primer which I didn't ask for. And you know what? They made me pay for it anyways. The staff was very argumentative and did not take any responsibility for this error. As a business owner I know and understand the importance of making sure my customers satisfaction is guaranteed -at any cost- to ensure repeat business. Sadly this concept is lost on them. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on.
