  Its good to appoint some one who knows well to communicate with customers . The lady there yesterday don't even know what are the boots available in the store. She told me only 3 winter boots are available, all others are fall boots. I was shocked when she pointed to three boots, instead of showing us. In website its clearly written Banff trail, cougar etc all are winter boots. Yesterday I totally disliked the store because of that lady.

  Decent store. Costumer service is on ok side. But can find good men/women shoes at discounted prices. If u looking for casual foot wear at reasonable price do check them out.
