  Very rude customer service at the store: I wanted to buy a Nikon camera which is almost $2450+taxes with price match with other Canadian store but the manager at the store said he can do a price match but he will add the shipping of $80+tax on the purchase invoice because he is price matching with a online store. When I mentioned that they are giving free shipping, he said you have to wait 5 days with free shipping so buy from them. Price match is a joke at this store and Henry Camera should do something about it to improve customer service if they continuing price match option. His name is Joe and he say he is a manager of Heartland store.

  I was searching for a bag for my c100 to fit in snug and to be able remove 4 5 lenses easily between my photo & Video bags. I walked in and was greeted by this awesome gentleman Peter. He walked me through few options. I asked him if he can put in a camera and a few lenses. He went and dismantled the c100 from their live section and took 3 exact lenses I own. He then rearranged the bag to fit everything in there. I returned after a couple of weeks to purchase the bag and Peter made sure he went over the whole thing again and finaly made the purchase. After the fact I realized that i have some old equipment collecting dust and He justed i bring it in to make an buyback and he would adjust the price. I have been at other camera stores and I have never been served in this way. I had lost hope at their Eglinton Location and with the staff there however, heartland staff is absolutely amazing. Ill be dealing woth Peter all the time with his knowledge and awesome customer service skills!!
