  Recently had the worst customer service experience of my life... Went in to this store on Feb 25, 2018 with my wife to buy an oven. The in-store sales service was good, the sales representative guided us very well and we bought an LG LSE5613ST electric range; with a delivery scheduled for Thursday Mar 1, 2018. On the day of delivery the guys came as planned ( 10am-2pm slot) at around 11 am with the range but on inspection it had two dings on the face and one bigger dent on the side of the oven door. All three were in the visible areas, so we did not accept it. After spending $2000 you don't want to place an ugly looking centre-piece in your kitchen The delivery guys were nice however, they let us take pictures (just in case) but took it back; As instructed by the Home Depot sales rep in store we tried to report this to Home Depot. Their system was down. It was down for two days. After it was up finally, they said they wont know until the delivery company returns the equipment to LG. After 2 more days of waiting HomeDepot agents on phone said it will 7-10 business days to process. Since it was unacceptable, we called again after weekend and were told that LG had returned the money to HomeDepot so now HomeDepot in-store sales should've ordered and scheduled a new delivery. Every time a new answer; No follow ups fro THD at all. This ruined the great experience we had in-store while buying the damn thing; We just want to get our stove since the old one is barely working.... Pathtic. So BEWARE before not-accepting a delivery of a broken appliance.
