    If I could give this a lower rating I would. Where do I start? I bought the truck on a Saturday. Was given a great price. It was reviewed by the manager, and the finance guy. A contract was signed and a deposit was paid. I was told I could pick up the truck on Tuesday. On Tuesday I'm told the truck isn't ready. Maybe Thursday. Finance guy Sam calls me on Tuesday night to go over if I would like to purchase any warranties and we go over the financing price once again. The next day the sales guy calls me and tells me they made a mistake on the price and it's $45 more per payment. That's $45 × 26 × 7 = $8,190 more. How do you make that much of a mistake. We had a contract signed. If I signed a contract and came back 5 days later saying I made a mistake, would they scrap the deal? I don't think so. I have to then go to the dealership to get the ownership of the truck I'm trading in and when I get there they aren't willing to negotiate until I tell them I have a better deal from another dealer. An agreement is made for $22.21 more per payment than originally agreed. That's still $22.21 × 26 × 7 = $4,042.22 more than the original agreement. My fault for still buying it but they are great talkers. I will give them that. It doesn't end there. I pick up the truck on the Thursday. Drive it home and use it for the next day. I start it Saturday morning and I have errors on the dash. Nothing computer related works. I drive to peel Chrysler to get this checked. I explain to the service guy that I bought the truck 2 days earlier from their dealer and now I have problems. He says he can't look at it if I don't have an appointment. I should have made an appointment. Because that's what you do, make a service appointment because you know your brand new truck will breakdown. His comment was, if it drives then it's fine. This is unsatisfactory to me. I talk to the sales guy and he tells me he will look into it right away. I call him again on Monday. Still no answer. I take it to another dealer and get the problems fixed. There was a recall on the truck and it was an easy fix. Shouldn't these things be checked before giving out the truck? So I don't hear from the sales guy anymore. I leave a 1 star here and all of a sudden I get 2 calls from them with concerns as to why I left a single star. That's what you call customer service? So I thought I would explain why a single star. If you're planning on making a purchase from peel Chrysler, be aware that a signed contract isn't final.

    My experience there was excellent. The service was fast and reliable. The employees were very helpful and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable, during my short waiting period. They have the best customer service representatives, that I've ever met at any dealership. They don't overcharge you like most places do.

    We recently purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Peel Chrysler. Chad was awesome ! We were dealing with him long distance as we live in Sudbury. The prices at Peel were much cheaper than anything local for us. We were very impressed with how prompt and how organized Chad was. He had all of the documents ready for us to sign as soon as we walked through the doors. We will definitely recommend Chad at Peel Chrysler and we will definitely purchase our next vehicle there. We saved thousands !! It was worth the drive down !
