  We had a small issue after the recall service so my wife sent the service manager an email Sunday night hoping for a response Monday morning but to our surprise he responded that night with a promise to call us in the morning. Monday morning came the assistant service manager called us and arranged to get the vehicle in. There team was amazing and made the experience great. We will continue to service with them . They are trustworthy and unlike most people we always service via the dealer of brand. This is our fifth BMW and will continue with the brand. Thank you

  I was on a tight budget for leasing a new car. But I really wanted a bit luxury one this time. After visiting a few Mercedes, Audi and Volvo dealers, I finally decided to go with BMW Pfaff. Lance Tan, the salesman, is very helpful. Once he understood my needs, he was able to find me a demo 330i not only well equipped but also fits my budget perfectly. As the car comes with premium enhanced package, he spent a lot of time introducing every feature to me. I‘m very happy with my purchase. 5 stars and recommended!
