I was refused a job in IT because I studied to work with technology instead of getting a driver's license as I planned to work in the IT industry rather than the Pizza Delivery or Taxi industry. Ridiculous. They never responded to my question if I could be partnered with someone who could drive, as the invalid requirement not only eliminated the most qualified candidates but carpooling is also better for our environment. Experis was more competent and able to work with me around this limitation.
