  I don't understand how anyone can write a review about the service at this place... You can't even get a hold of anyone at this scam s&##t place! That's the first sign of how unprofessional these scammers are. I can't even get a hold of anyone before giving a deposit, I can imagine what it would be like AFTER giving them money. And then, seriously, just look at their website. Once you read through it and actually pay attention, it will leave a really bad taste in your mouth. Thank you, everyone, for writing a review about these guys, it's greatly appreciated. And I'm sorry about your horrible experience.

  Worst possible service. I don't have words to explain my frustration. It would have been better if I had just shredded those bills I paid them for a Ferrari. First they dropped off a car which was dirty with foggy headlights. My drop off location was 2 blocks from the marriage hall. I drove it there and parked it. When I was leaving at night with my bride, the car came from the parking lot and turned off at the pickup area... The damn car would not start again.. I cannot describe my frustration and embarrassment in front of everyone present. When we called them, Mark said that he is at his other job and will get there after !! I couldn't leave the car because I had huge deposit and once he got there after 4 hours (3:30 am), He tried boosting it from his car (its a Ferrari not a civic that you can just boost it. even I knew that it required trickle charging).. I didn't say anything because it was his car !! I left after this garbage ruined my day. so I didn't use that car at all and next day I asked for my money back and they tell me that I tried boosting it (which will cost me my deposit) and I had that car for the duration of 3 hours (in which I didn't use it at all because it was driven only 1km and I was supposed to have it for a full day and 200 km !!) ... Bottom line is neither I got my money back nor a service.. it was a complete waste and more than money, it ruined my special day. Do not spend money on these scammers ! Pay a bill more if you have to !! their cars are old and auction bought and they don't know how to take care of them or service them for their customs !! Hope this helps and saves you from misery and frustration I had to deal with !
