  Extremely horrible experience at Sabz couture. The representatives, Nida and Maira, lack customer service skills and basic etiquettes of dealing with clients. They promised a time frame for alteration which they failed to comply by. Upon receiving the outfit days late, it was altered incorrectly and nothing like what was expected. Instead of refunding the money because of store mistake, i was forced to get a store credit. I returned multiple times to the store but everything was ridiculously priced and damaged. After multiple visits, i requested a monetary refund as i had made multiple trips and nothing was appealing enough for the high prices placed on the outfits. Instead of handling this like a professional, both the representatives were extremely rude and disrespectful. DEFINITELY WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!
