  Went there today to fill up had to pre-pay and saw a bunch of students waiting outside in the cold. The guy I called out that works there was a complete dick to these kids and gave me attitude when I asked him why he has them waiting outside in the cold. Apparently it's Shell's policy to keep paying customers outside in the cold if you look like a student. Shell, how do you think their parents feel? What if an accident happened and a student got injured because you're forcing them to crowd around the door how do you think that will go down? In court getting sued so you better take a good look at your embarrassing policy.

  Car wash closed and not indicated anywhere. Location would not refund and wash is only available at this location. Rude and impatient customer service. Would rather drive to another shell. Waste of a car wash!
