  The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Took 10 minutes before I had to ask someone about a product, which they didn't have by the way. Rep didn't even say a word, just shook his head. Could have asked about another similar product and didn't even try to sell something else, instead felt it more important to chat with his co workers.

  went in the summer to get headphones exchanged the manager tries to trick me by giving me an already opened box . and then when i object he tells me "customer used it for 1 second only" HELLO if i bought a pair opened it right in front of your face and said i dont like it would you take it back ? dont lie to me. i will be back just for fun to get another replacement from this location just to piss the manager off. see you soon :)
