  Went in to look at wedding bands. There was no one in the store besides the consultants when I went in on a Friday morning. They quickly showed me where I could look/try on bands . Despite them not being busy I was left alone. All being said. I quite liked having free range of the store and not being bothered while making my decision. If you are looking for hands on experience then this is not the store for you. But if you know what you are looking for and like not being bothered where you have 100’s of options then I highly recommend Spence jewellers. I never thought I’d find a band I liked let alone at a great price!

  I want to like them, the commercials are likable. I walked in with my wife and spoke to a woman for no more than 5 minutes about repairing a ring. We got a rough quote and were shocked how much it was going to be. The place tries to be too fancy and the consumers end up paying for it with their crazy prices. Just because their commercials say they are well priced, does not mean its true. Remember its a commercial. Just go into Sq1. Also, reading all these reviews is irritating. People speak about bad experiences and the response is always " were sorry, please contact customer support".. I hate companies that do that. Deal with it in the forum.. say sorry and what you're going to do to resolve it and prevent it from happening again. It's their way to show good face. I wan't to deal with companies that don't let it get to be a problem where people have to post their concerns! Just sayin.

  Very Disappointed with their Customer Service. I purchased wedding band for my wife 3 years back, My wife always complained that its tight on her ring, Finally went to the store to re-size it. I was told that i will be charged $70. I told them that it was tight from day one and that i shouldn't be charged and more over when i bought the ring i was informed of a one time free re-sizing. A lady at the reception told my wife "You should know better, all the rules are on the invoice when you bought the ring" When i heard this, i was furious and told them that i will never give my business to them and as i was walking away a representative said he will look in to the issue. I casually asked him if he can tell me what was the size when I ordered the ring. It was size 5. but after he verified, the ring size was less then size 5. He was surprised and said that this shouldn't have happened and will speak to his Branch Director (Habib) and will get back to me in day. Its been 4 weeks and no email, no call. What is the difference between such a big Spence Diamond store and store in Square one. VERY BAD SERVICE AND THE FRONT DESK GIRL NEEDS TO LEARN HOW HOW TO SPEAK TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.....WILL NEVER PUT MY FOOT IN THEIR STORE EVER AGAIN.......
