  I just popped in to ask if they knew why my phone wasn't charging. A pleasant young man assisted me. He immediately found the charger for my phone and told me it was on sale. I asked if it could be the battery. His reply was "let's try it before you buy it. If it doesn't work you can return it within 30 days" We plugged it in at another desk and the phone started charging right up. SOLD. A really good shopping experience and I wish I had seen his name. It was at 5:00 and he just made my day.
