  Worst Staples location I’ve visited to date. I went both in the morning First thing and 3pm. It was empty both times. I had to wait a very long time both times. In the morning bc there was no one at cash or customer service (the manager pretended he didn’t see me) and in the afternoon because only one cashier was cashing a big transaction, at which point manager said the cashier would help me soon (them proceeded to drink his coffee in the corner). Worst customer service I’ve seen in a while, will revert to buying from online suppliers.

  Rude manager.. very cocky think he knows everything.. employees need more training... manager ruined my whole day with his attuitude.. I wanted to return something and he manager thinks I'm stupid with the way he was talking to me and how he was talking to me... wasted my whole day because employees can't do their job and manager 'Eric' or whatever needs to tune the attitude down if a customer has a complaint or something... he doesn't know how to explain anything.. never coming back to that location just because of the trash manager.
