  Buyer beware! They may have good products, but their customer service is unbelievably unprofessional. First off FedEx lost our elliptical machine. Instead of replacing it and dealing with FedEx themselves, we had to fight with FedEx for a week and the Treadmill Factory before they would send out another one. The lies we unbelievable. Then once I FINALLY received my treadmill, it was missing several items: the water bottle, bottle holder and a special adapter and plug to sync your phone with the machine. After having the machine for 5 weeks, I just received one of the missing items - but not the other two. Nothing be frustration and anger. I wouldn't recommend anyone buying anything from them online. Maybe in person would be better because you can make sure everything is in the box before leaving the store. And I hope you never have to contact them for anything.

  My go to store for all fitness equipment. My last visit was boxing week to take advantage of their amazing sales. Walked away with enough to turn my basement into a home gym at a great price. Cheaper than other home gym packages I've seen. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Treadmill Factory never disappoints. If you need something, go here first.

  Courteous & knowledgeable staff, they had everything we were looking for. Will definitely be back. Instructions on the M50 were a little vague, though that's not the store fault.
