  The employees are very belligerent and rude. As well as unkept the woman serving the testers, I noticed her hair from in her ponytail continued to fall out of her head and into the testers she was serving, it made the wine very unappetizing. She made a negative opinion aloud on my physical appearances which I found to be incredibly unprofessional while she was on the job, and seeing the manager allow this attitude towards customers only showed how unprofessional the whole business is in itself. It’s Unfortunate how low the standards were physically and mentally to work in a customer interaction position for such a popular business.
