  Really disappointed with there customer service. Manager of this store is really rude. Staff has no knowledge for their policies. One employee told me different thing and the other said it opposite and made me go back and forth to square one and their location, manager didn't even bother to talk or try and solve her customer's problem instead was showing attitude. I waiting in the big lines three times with three small kids for one problem to fix my loose bracelet ans was sent home without getting it fixed.

  I went yesterday, on a Thursday evening. It wasn't too busy when I got there, but even when it did pick up in the store the lady who was helping me was amazing. She went above and beyond to help me get the right charms for my mom`s first bracelet. She was genuine and literally took over an hour letting me decide and showing me different options. I didn't feel rushed at all even though I knew I was being very indecisive. And since my fiance was at home, she let me send him pics of the options I was looking at, which was oh so helpful. Plus, they recently had the special where you receive a free gift after spending $150 and since I spent over that and they had some left she included one which I thought was a nice gesture. Customer service was amazing at this Pandora, I hope they never change!
